Product feature and application
Key Features of Our step-up transformer
Addressing the core grid-connection needs of small and medium-sized power generation scenarios, we optimize the voltage regulation mechanism. The high-voltage side supports multi-level precise voltage regulation within a range of 10kV±5%/±2×2.5%, allowing flexible adaptation to different regional grid voltage standards. This thoroughly resolves the challenge of voltage matching for distributed power generation grid connection.
Low-power and low-noise design
Adhering to the first-level energy efficiency standard, the no-load loss is as low as ≤320W, and the load loss is ≤3250W, reducing the loss by 8%-12% compared to products of the same specification. Calculating based on an annual operation of 8760 hours, it can save 2000-3000 kWh of electricity per year, with significant long-term energy-saving benefits. The innovative iron core and winding noise reduction structure ensure an operating noise of ≤55dB,It can be directly installed in close proximity to residential areas such as factory areas and rural distribution rooms, without the disturbance of noise pollution.
Equipped with long-lasting anti-corrosion transformer oil and self-lubricating protection mechanism, the core components enjoy a maintenance-free period of up to 2 years, which is 6 months longer than conventional products. The oil-immersed self-cooling system eliminates the need for additional cooling equipment, reducing failure points. The protection device adopts a calibration-free design, eliminating the need for frequent debugging during operation. The operation and maintenance are simple, eliminating the need for a professional operation and maintenance team, significantly reducing the difficulty and cost of operation and maintenance for small and medium-sized users.

It can be used in various scenarios.
Specifically designed for small and medium-sized power boosting scenarios, it has become a core power equipment in the fields of distributed energy and small power stations, thanks to its compact size, stable operation, and strong adaptability. It precisely meets the power boosting and transmission needs of various small and medium-sized scenarios

Production details
Adopting a "double-wound coil + interlayer insulation buffer" structure, the winding process is controlled by a numerical control tension system, ensuring a tension error of ≤±1N and ensuring the winding is tight and free from looseness. The interlayer insulation utilizes high-temperature resistant polyimide film (temperature resistance up to 150℃), paired with oil immersion sealing, significantly enhancing insulation performance. Its short-circuit resistance is 20% stronger than conventional products, effectively resisting grid impacts.

The shell is made of 8mm thick high-quality steel plate, processed through CNC bending and robotic welding, resulting in smooth weld seams without pores, and with an impact resistance strength of 1000J. The bottom is designed with adjustable support legs, which can adapt to uneven installation surfaces without the need for additional foundation pouring.
The high and low voltage wiring terminals are made of silver-plated copper, with a contact resistance of ≤50μΩ and excellent conductivity. The terminal rated current is reserved with a 50% redundancy to avoid overload heating. The junction box adopts a flip-type sealed design with an internal insulating partition to prevent accidental contact with wiring.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between choosing aluminum wire and copper wire for winding materials? How should one make the choice?
A: Hello, the core difference between aluminum wire and copper wire windings lies in conductivity, loss, and cost: copper wire has better conductivity, lower loss, stronger anti-aging ability, longer service life, and is suitable for long-term continuous operation scenarios, but its cost is relatively high; aluminum wire has a higher cost-performance ratio, its conductivity can meet the 200kVA voltage boosting requirement, its loss is slightly higher than copper wire, and it is suitable for conventional load scenarios. Recommendation: For long-term operation scenarios such as distributed photovoltaics and captive power stations, copper wire is preferred; for short-term projects and those seeking high cost-performance, aluminum wire can be chosen. You can also contact customer service to inform of your specific needs and obtain professional advice.
Q: What is the maximum installed capacity of a power generator that can be matched with a 200kVA transformer?
A: It is recommended to match the total installed capacity of the power generation project with 1.1-1.3 times of the capacity. A 200kVA transformer can accommodate a total installed capacity of 150kW-180kW, with a certain amount of redundancy reserved to cope with power generation fluctuations, load impacts, and subsequent small capacity expansion needs. For example, for a 160kW rooftop photovoltaic project, a 200kVA step-up transformer can be directly selected. If the installed capacity is uncertain, a list of equipment can be provided, and we will perform a precise calculation for you.
Q: Does the transformer require regular maintenance during operation? If so, what is the maintenance cycle?
A: Regular maintenance is required to ensure operational safety: conduct a routine inspection every six months, perform an oil quality test annually, and carry out a comprehensive overhaul every three to five years. The operation and maintenance of a 200kVA transformer is relatively easy, and a professional operation and maintenance team is not necessary. Routine inspections are sufficient, and we can also provide regular professional operation and maintenance services.
Q: What should I do if the transformer produces excessive noise or the oil temperature rises too high?
A: Excessive noise may be caused by uneven installation, loose iron core, or excessive load. It is recommended to first check whether the installation foundation is level and whether the fixing bolts are tight. Reduce the load and observe. If the problem persists, contact us for on-site maintenance. High oil temperature (top oil temperature > 95°C) may be caused by poor heat dissipation, excessive load, or blocked oil circuit. It is recommended to first clean the dust on the surface of the oil tank and the radiator. Reduce the load. If the oil temperature continues to be high, immediately shut down the machine and contact after-sales service for troubleshooting.
Q: What is the warranty period for the product? What does the warranty cover?
A: We offer a 3-year comprehensive warranty service for the entire machine (excluding damages caused by human factors and force majeure events). During the warranty period, if the transformer malfunctions due to product quality issues (such as insulation damage, core failure, winding failure, protection device failure, etc.), we will provide free repair and replacement parts services, while also bearing the associated on-site and logistics costs. Beyond the warranty period, we offer lifelong maintenance services and parts supply at cost price.
Q: Can we customize models of the same series other than 200kVA? What is the customization lead time?
A: We support customization of models within the same series but with different capacities, such as 160kVA, 250kVA, 315kVA, and other specifications. Additionally, parameters like low-voltage side input voltage, high-voltage side voltage levels, and protection levels can be customized. The customization cycle is approximately 25-35 working days. For specific details, please contact customer service to ensure it meets your scenario requirements.
