1. High purity oxygen free copper conductor

99.99% high-purity oxygen free copper is selected and processed through continuous casting and rolling technology, with extremely low impurity content and much higher conductivity than ordinary copper conductors; Adopting precision twisting technology with uniform twisting pitch not only enhances the flexibility of the conductor, but also effectively reduces skin and proximity effects during transmission, thereby reducing energy consumption.

 

2. HDPE Insulation Layer

Using high-quality high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, it is integrally formed through low-temperature extrusion technology, with uniform insulation layer thickness, smooth surface, and no defects such as pinholes or bubbles; HDPE material has excellent insulation performance, aging resistance, and mechanical strength, which can effectively resist voltage breakdown and environmental erosion, ensuring the safety of power transmission.

 

3. Environmental Protection Sheath (Optional)

Optional PVC or PE ring protective cover, both using halogen-free and lead-free formula, in compliance with RoHS 2.0 standard; The sheath layer has good wear resistance, tear resistance, and weather resistance, which can effectively protect the insulation layer from mechanical damage and environmental impact, and is suitable for complex installation scenarios such as outdoor and underground.

 

4. Precise Stranded Structure

The conductor is twisted using Class 5 soft structure or Class 2 hard structure, and the pitch ratio is strictly controlled during the twisting process to ensure high roundness and good flexibility of the conductor; Soft structured conductors can achieve small radius bending and are suitable for installation in narrow spaces; Hard structured conductors have higher mechanical strength and are suitable for long-distance direct burial laying.
